jag har börjat använda shapeupclub för att följa maten lite bättre, jag sket totalt i vad jag åt medan pappa och syrran va här och det medförde en viktökning på drygt 7kg. det mesta är nog water retention men jag lovar..jag åt tokmycket mest hela tiden. det var typ ris varje dag. tränade ju rätt hårt dom senaste veckorna (kanske t o m månaderna) så jag slappna av och tillät mig att äta medan dom va här.
men nu vill jag återgå till mina gamla matvanor och jag är inte alls glad över att magen är stor och svullen.. men borde vara tillbaka i gammal form om nåra dagar.
så idag har jag ätit 1145 kalorier men jag har även tränat bort 795 kalorier av dessa.
körde 60min boxercise, 45min spin och 26min powerwalk.
nu värker knät och jag ska typ duscha och vika en hel hög kläder i sovrummet.

pushed hard at kb last night, did it with 2x8kg so 16kg in total for most of the workout. thats def a improvement as i was struggling with just one 8kg bell when i first started.. about 1.5 month ago? ..
i am very very very stiff and sore now but looking forward for the spin class tonight. might run there if i feel good as i didnt do it last night.

adrenaline junkie.
total recovery is on the schedule, i have been planning all afternoon what to do when i put the kids to bed and it stretched from everything between running to the gym, powerwalk to tesco extra to maybe try gillians 30day shred.
even tho a little voice in my backhead told me to relax and just enjoy doing nothing a evening gillian won and i did the Day 1 workout.
its a very intense workout and after completing it, it feels really good!

long and tough day
87min powerwalk
60min outdoor kettlebell class
45min spin
i did more walking now when i think about it but 87min can be the official time.. i only count the stuff that get my heartrate up and gives me a sweat so the normal walking when i take my son to playschool doesnt really count..
the kettlebell session was mad, the instructor timed us while we did 3 sets with 4 different workouts, i did it in 11min something seconds and i woke up last night with aches here and there.. must have been a good session. and today im very stiff and sore around my back,arms and shoulders and legs. and i love it
i rushed to the gym and made it just in time for when the spin started, it was busy in the gym aswell and i was in the right mood to sweat it all out.
little did i know that the spin instructor had a torture session in mind and i was literally sweating like a pig and had only one thing in mind!
it was heavy climbs and pain and i loved it.
im going to finish my ice soy coffee and check if its any running on the schedule tonight.

i ran 13km in the evening. 5.91km was with the club and we were doing intervals in bute park. tough as hell and my lungs were burning after all the coughing, but it felt great after.
then i continued running for a while but felt pretty weak and the cough got worse. was a little disappointed cuz i was planning to do a much longer run, but i guess sometimes u have to listen to your body, or i will pbly get sicker.
and earlier yesterday we walked to the bay from canton, thats about 40min walk or so and then 45min walk from my house to where we meet to run.
so altogether not a bad day.

I have a personal blog and a creative blog, so why not make a training blog where i post all the exercise im doing. hopefully it will motivate you to get a move on, and i can look back and see how much i have achieved.
it all started on the 4th of january 2010. after a christmas and new year filled with bad foods and sweets and my dads lovely food,i had to do something if i wanted to get the body i wanted.my neighbour gave me a book called the idiot proof diet, i read it twice. so the day came when it was time for my dad and little sister to go back to sweden and thats when me and my husband emptied the cupboards and fridge and threw away everything that wasnt allowed. it was important to follow every page in the 2 week induction and we were very strict and excited.
i weighed in at 80.8kg, so i manage to loose 6kg without much dieting in the previous 2 months after having Marley, it must have been the breastfeeding...
i still remember how ashamed i was when i got on the scale and how i had tears in my eyes when the numbers came up.
anyway 15months into the diet i weigh over 20kg less and have lost a few dress sizes. my favourite jeans i bought 6 years ago in newcastle that never fit but that i kept cuz i thought they were so hot are now loose on me and i have to buy a new pair of trousers of truth.
