adrenaline junkie.

total recovery is on the schedule, i have been planning all afternoon what to do when i put the kids to bed and it stretched from everything between running to the gym, powerwalk to tesco extra to maybe try gillians 30day shred.
even tho a little voice in my backhead told me to relax and just enjoy doing nothing a evening gillian won and i did the Day 1 workout.

its a very intense workout and after completing it, it feels really good!
