first post.

I have a personal blog and a creative blog, so why not make a training blog where i post all the exercise im doing. hopefully it will motivate you to get a move on, and i can look back and see how much i have achieved.

it all started on the 4th of january 2010. after a christmas and new year filled with bad foods and sweets and my dads lovely food,i had to do something if i wanted to get the body i wanted.my neighbour gave me a book called the idiot proof diet, i read it twice. so the day came when it was time for my dad and little sister to go back to sweden and thats when me and my husband emptied the cupboards and fridge and threw away everything that wasnt allowed. it was important to follow every page in the 2 week induction and we were very strict and excited.

i weighed in at 80.8kg, so i manage to loose 6kg without much dieting in the previous 2 months after having Marley, it must have been the breastfeeding...
i still remember how ashamed i was when i got on the scale and how i had tears in my eyes when the numbers came up.

anyway 15months into the diet i weigh over 20kg less and have lost a few dress sizes. my favourite jeans i bought 6 years ago in newcastle that never fit but that i kept cuz i thought they were so hot are now loose on me and i have to buy a new pair of trousers of truth.
